House similar to Larry’s Walk-Out Ranch

Larry is a very active 76-year old man that utilizes a walker but would like his home to be wheelchair accessible.

Goals for handicap home modification:
  • Keep 3 bedrooms.
  • Main floor laundry.
  • Attached garage.
  • 2 accessible egresses.
  • Whole house wheelchair accessible including the bathroom.
  • Move fuse box to main level for accessibility.

Click on ‘Read More’ Below to learn more about Larry’s home modification goals and functional abilities.

  • Transfers car to stand, sit to stand independently.
  • Utilizes a wheelchair for long distances.
